Eats: Mushroom & Ramp Pasta Recipe


Jonathan loves ramps. Everybody always talks about how they love Fall food. But Jonathan, he loves Spring.

Not only does Spring bring the nicer weather, the ability to hike in the sun, play in the creek… but it also brings ramps and other springtime delights.

We belong to our local CSA Farmshare and were very excited at the inclusion of mushrooms and ramps this week.

As soon as we got home, Jonathan knew he was mixing these two together to make an awesome pasta.




  • Pasta, of your choice
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ramps
  • Seasonal/Local Mushrooms
  • Cream
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Lemon
  • Black Pepper
